Alpha will assign an Assessor to meet with key personnel and management to review your existing system. Following his visit we will produce a report detailing recommendations and ‘follow up’ actions.

First Phase Assessment
The first phase will deal with :- Risk assessment, control measures, hazard identification, outlining objectives, management programs and policies.

The report will detail any non-conformances and observations. This will identify areas of strength and weakness in relation to the requirements of the standard. The report will also analyze and identify key business processes that in turn will determine the scope of registration to ensure your compliance with the standard.

Once all recommendations and corrective actions have been addressed, an Assessment identifying any non-conformances, corrective actions and observations will be phased into a management program for implementation.
